Sweet wine cream cake in a glass

Ingredients

  • 150 ml sweet wine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 pcs. egg yolks
  • ½ pkg of vanilla sugar
  • 0.3 litres of whipping cream
  • 6 sheets of gelatine
  • 1 packet of strudel dough
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g granulated sugar

Preparation

Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, add the sweet wine. Whip the cream and fold in. Soak the gelatine, squeeze out, warm and stir into the mixture. Cut out the strudel dough with the portion glasses, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven at 200 °C until the pieces are brown. Fill small glasses with cream, place strudel leaves on top and serve.
