Enjoyable sleep in the Waldviertel
Our rooms are furnished with parquet or carpet flooring and some offer comfortable seating areas to relax in. Most of the rooms were completely renovated in 2015 / 2016. The newly built garden wing is equipped with spacious loggias, which offer you a wonderful view directly onto our alpine meadow – pure relaxation.

to your time-out at the Schwarz Alm
Your room will be ready for occupancy on arrival days from Monday to Saturday from 2.00 pm and on Sundays and public holidays from 3.00 pm.
On the day of departure the room is available until 11.00 am.
Late check-out of the room is possible on request and subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before departure.
All our rooms (except one room) are equipped with a balcony. The room categories “Hadmar Comfort” and “Saphir” have a covered and very spacious loggia.
Use of the entire wellness area “AlmSpa” including bathrobe and bath towels is of course included in the room price.
With our SPA early check-in, you can relax in our AlmSPA before you even move into your room, or you can use the SPA late check-out to start your day of departure at a price of
€ 9,-/person in our wellness area.
Cot is possible in every room category.
Extra bed for children from 5 years to adults is possible in the category “Hadmar Classic” and “Saphir“.
The room categories “Zwickl“, “Original” and “Hadmar Classic” are equipped with carpeted floors. The category “Hadmar Comfort” and “Saphir” with high-quality vinyl flooring. (2 rooms “Saphir” are also available with carpet flooring)
We have a room “Saphir” which is barrier-free according to ÖNORM.
The restaurant is accessible by lift. For the entrance to the AlmSPA we have a mobile ramp (3 steps).
