Hiking in the Waldviertel

Enjoy a wonderful hiking holiday in the Waldviertel. Experience unforgettable hikes along the beautiful river landscapes of the Kamp, past picturesque palaces, castles and abbeys.

“Those who walk – see, hear, smell and feel more of the country!” This quote from photographer and passionate Waldviertel hiker Reinhard Mandl sums it up: hiking is the best way to get closer to the country and its people.

The Schwarz Alm Zwettl is definitely one of the best starting points for an unforgettable nature experience. In addition to marked circular hiking trails that start right outside the hotel, the hotel is also a great starting point for numerous hiking trails that lead right past the hotel.
