Beer punch / mulled beer
Ingredients
- ½ litre Zwettler black beer
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ litre orange juice
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of gingerbread spice
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- ½ bay leaf
- ½ juniper berry
- some vanilla pod
- 1 tea bag of Glühfix
Preparation
Caramelise the sugar, deglaze with orange juice and reduce slightly. Add the black beer. Add all the spices, leave to infuse gently (do not boil – otherwise it will be bitter!). Sweeten with sugar if necessary!
