The room rates are per person and include:

All rooms are equipped with bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, mini bar, safe, satellite TV, radio, telephone and balcony/terrace.
Children under 4 years have free accommodation in parents' room,
5 to 12 years for the extra bed with breakfast € 15,00 per child/night.

from 3 months up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40%,
from 1 month up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70%,
in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% from the whole arrangement price
